Our Products

Nitrotech
Nitrotech is a nitrogen generation system based on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, designed to produce high-purity nitrogen gas from a compressed air source. The process begins with filtration, where particles, moisture, and oil are removed from the air. The purified air is then directed into adsorption towers filled with CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve). Operating on the PSA principle, these towers selectively adsorb oxygen and other gases while separating nitrogen in its pure form.
The dual-tower system ensures uninterrupted production through cyclic switching between the adsorption columns. Gas purity is continuously monitored through analyzers located on the outlet line, while the PLC-based control system optimizes all operating parameters and maintains process continuity. This methodology provides high performance and process safety with low operating costs.

Oxsitech
Oxygen generators produce high purity oxygen by separating all gases other than oxygen in the air thanks to Zeolite-filled columns under pressure. Working with PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, it offers an uninterrupted and efficient production process.

Paintro
Paintro is an intelligent paint application technology designed to reduce costs while increasing efficiency and quality in production by converting the compressed air used in wet and powder coating lines into nitrogen gas. Nitrogen is a faster and finer gas compared to conventional compressed air.
Thanks to nitrogen, powder coating particles achieve a better electrostatic charge and adhere more smoothly and effectively to the surface. After the initial adhesion, the absence of moisture and oxygen between the overlapping particles allows the powder film layer to spread more homogeneously, resulting in a smoother and higher-quality coating surface.

Nost
Nost is a four-component control system developed to reduce fuel consumption and improve combustion efficiency in natural gas and LPG-fired combustion systems. In the application area, the process begins with analyzing the system parameters to obtain reference data related to the combustion process.
Subsequently, oxygen is purified by the separator module integrated within the system and transferred to the storage unit. The stored oxygen is then precisely directed into the combustion chamber in the required amount during combustion, based on real-time measurements through a microcontroller-supported control algorithm. This controlled oxygen supply ensures a more stable and efficient combustion of the fuel gas.
Throughout the process, the system is monitored via a digital control panel, and when necessary, remote management can be achieved through integration with automation systems. As a result, the system not only provides fuel savings but also minimizes environmental impact by reducing emission values.

As Ecerkom, with our industry experience and expert team, we manufacture both low and high-pressure air tanks. Our products are CE certified and manufactured in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU standards. The air tanks we provide to our customers are delivered in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.
Each of our products is supplied complete with a CE certificate, hydrostatic test report, pressure gauge, safety valve, and drain valve.

Activated Carbon Tower
Activated Carbon Tower
An activated carbon tower is an effective filtration system used to remove harmful substances, contaminants, and unpleasant odors from various liquids and gases. Ecerkom activated carbon towers are designed as cylindrical structures filled with high-surface-area activated carbon material. The porous structure of activated carbon enhances its ability to retain contaminants through the adsorption process.
Working Principle
The operating principle of activated carbon towers is based on the adsorption method.
Inlet:
Contaminated gas or liquid enters the tower from the upper section.
Filtration:
As the air or liquid passes through the activated carbon layer, harmful components and contaminants adhere to the porous surface of the activated carbon. This process enables the separation of pollutants and the purification of the air or liquid.
Outlet:
After the activated carbon adsorbs the contaminants, the purified gas or liquid exits the tower.
